You're billed $200/month. Submit updates anytime via your client portal. I handle up to 2 hours of work per month plus all WordPress maintenance.

I complete your updates within 2–3 business days and handle WordPress maintenance proactively. You receive a monthly check-in and status summary.

Ongoing Support

Your retainer continues month-to-month. Cancel anytime with 30 days notice. If you need more than 2 hours in a given month, overflow work is billed at a discounted rate or we can adjust to a custom retainer.

Frequently Asked Questions

Who is eligible for Website Maintenance?

This service is exclusively for CreativePea clients — meaning I built your website. If I didn't build your site, you can use Website Content Updates for one-off support.

What if I need more than 2 hours in a month?

Occasional overflow is billed at a discounted hourly rate. If you consistently need more than 2 hours, I can create a custom retainer based on your actual needs.

What happens if I don't use my 2 hours?

Unused hours do not roll over. This is a monthly retainer for ongoing availability and WordPress maintenance, not a banked hour system.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes, with 30 days notice. There are no long-term contracts.

Do you handle security monitoring or backups?

No. Security monitoring and automated backups are handled by third-party services (like Jetpack, UpdraftPlus, or managed hosting). I can recommend and set these up for you as an add-on, but they're not included in the base maintenance plan.

What if something breaks after an update?

If an update I performed causes an issue, I'll fix it at no additional charge. If the issue is unrelated to my work (hosting, third-party plugin conflicts, etc.), troubleshooting is billed separately.

Do you support Webflow, Squarespace, or static sites?

Yes, but the service is different. For Webflow, Squarespace, or static sites, I handle content edits only (up to 2 hours/month). These platforms don't require plugin or theme updates like WordPress does.

How do I submit updates?

You'll have access to a client portal where you can submit requests anytime. I'll complete them within 2–3 business days.

Is there a waitlist?

Yes. I keep a small roster to provide quality support. When a spot opens, I'll reach out to clients on the waitlist.

What's included in the monthly check-in?

A brief summary of updates completed, any maintenance performed, and a quick note on your site's performance or anything worth mentioning.
