Services Overview

CreativePea provides web design, development, and related digital services. Our services include but are not limited to website design, front-end development, website maintenance, strategy consultations, and white-label development services.

Booking and Deposits

Deposit Requirement

A deposit of $500 USD is required to secure your project booking. This deposit:

• Reserves your spot on our calendar
• Initiates the project kickoff process
• Grants you access to our client resources and materials to help with your website build and process
• Allows us to begin scheduling and planning your project timeline

Non-Refundable Deposit Policy

The $500 deposit is non-refundable. Once the deposit is paid, you gain immediate access to our resources, calendar booking, and project preparation materials. Due to the time and resources allocated upon booking, we cannot offer refunds on deposits.

Exceptions to the Non-Refundable Policy

The only circumstance under which a deposit may be refunded is if CreativePea is unable to complete the project due to circumstances on our end, including but not limited to:

• Serious illness or medical emergency affecting our ability to work
• Death or family emergency
• Other unforeseen circumstances that prevent us from fulfilling our obligations

In such cases, a full or partial refund will be discussed and arranged on a case-by-case basis.

Client-Initiated Changes

We do not offer refunds if you change your mind about proceeding with a project. However, we understand that circumstances change. If you need to postpone your project:

• You may pause and resume your project at a later date
• Please reach out to us as soon as possible to discuss rescheduling
• We will work with you to find a suitable timeline that works for both parties

Please contact us if you have concerns or need to make changes to your project timeline.

Proposals and Pricing

Custom Proposals

Custom project proposals are valid for two (2) weeks from the date of issue. After this period:

• The proposal will expire and pricing may no longer be honored
• You may request an extension by contacting us before the expiration date
• Extended proposals are subject to review and may be adjusted based on current availability and rates

Rate Changes

Rates are subject to change at any time. Published rates on our website and in proposals reflect current pricing at the time of viewing or issue. Pricing may be updated without prior notice due to:

• Changes in scope or industry standards
• Increased operational costs
• Market adjustments
• Updates to service offerings

Once a proposal is accepted and a deposit is paid, the agreed-upon pricing is locked in for that project.

Project Process

Communication

Clear communication is essential for project success. We commit to regular updates and expect timely responses from clients when feedback or materials are needed. Delays in client response may affect project timelines.

Project Pausing

If you need to pause a project after it has begun, please contact us immediately. Paused projects can be resumed, but scheduling will depend on our current availability. Extended pauses (more than 60 days) may require a review of the project scope and timeline.

All blog posts, articles, and content on our website are provided for informational purposes only. The information shared represents our insights, opinions, and suggestions based on our experience as web developers and designers.

Intellectual Property

Upon final payment, clients receive full ownership of the custom website design and code created for their project. CreativePea retains the right to display completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Any third-party assets (stock photos, fonts, plugins) are subject to their respective licenses and remain the property of their original creators.

Limitation of Liability

CreativePea is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services or website. Our total liability for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service in question.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CreativePea, its owner, and team members from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of our services, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and if necessary, through appropriate legal channels.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of our website or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
