This decision shapes everything.

Platform choice affects how your team works with the site after launch, your long-term maintenance costs, and what we can build in five days. We talk through it on the strategy call — but here is what each path looks like.

Static / Headless CMS

This is not a simple site. It is a modern web application — architected for speed, security, and scale. No plugin vulnerabilities. No database overhead. No maintenance fees stacking up. Lighthouse 95+ is the floor, not the ceiling. We pick the right framework and pair it with a CMS that fits how your team actually works.

  • Strategy session included
  • Up to 6 pages
  • CMS included — your team edits without code
  • Performance-first build — Lighthouse 95+
  • Mobile-optimized
  • Git repo — version-controlled from day one
  • CDN-deployed, globally fast
  • 1-year code warranty on the original build
  • Two weeks post-launch support — bug fixes and functional issues

Full WordPress Build

Your staff logs in, makes edits, and runs the site without calling me. WordPress is the right call when your team needs to own the day-to-day. Active maintenance is required — that's the trade-off. Every build includes a 6-month warranty and a version-controlled codebase so you're never starting from zero.

  • Strategy session included
  • Up to 6 pages
  • Your team self-manages content

  1. 01

    Strategy Session

We start here. Goals, audience, platform choice, and the outcomes this site needs to drive. Nothing gets built until we are aligned.

  2. 02

    Prep (Your Job)

You get a materials guide: copy, images, brand files, and inspiration sites. The more direction you give me, the more your fingerprints are on the final product.

  3. 03

    Build (Five Days)

Design, development, and polish in five focused days. You have a live preview link throughout. Design decisions are mine — that is what keeps it on schedule.

  4. 04

    Review and Launch

One round of revisions — wording, layout preferences, color adjustments. Not a redesign. Then we launch.

Frequently Asked Questions

What to expect before, during, and after your Sprint Launch.

What happens in the strategy session?

We align on goals, your target audience, platform choice, and the business outcomes this site needs to drive. It sets the foundation for everything — nothing starts until we're on the same page.

WordPress or Static — how do I actually choose?

If your team logs in regularly and they already know WordPress, go WordPress. If you want fewer moving parts, maximum performance, and lower maintenance overhead, go static. We'll talk through it on the strategy call.

What does the 6-month warranty cover?

Bugs and issues from the original WordPress build. If something breaks on my end, I fix it. The warranty applies to the code as delivered. If another developer makes changes to the codebase, the warranty won't extend to those areas. I keep version-controlled backups of every build.

What is the difference between Sprint Launch and the One Day Sprint?

The One Day Sprint is a static-only, productized build — fast, no CMS, minimal strategy. Sprint Launch is a five-day build with a strategy session, platform choice, up to 6 pages, and post-launch support. More room, more strategy, more flexibility.

What happens after the two weeks of support?

Book content edit blocks for copy updates and changes, or add a monthly maintenance plan for ongoing hosting, updates, and support.
